Wedding Photography Plan

     The Photo Plan is a necessary part of the Wedding Planning process. The chances of reaching even 90% of our Wedding Photography goals without a Photo Plan is nearly impossible. There is never enough time on a Wedding Day the way it is.

     Often when I meet with brides to create a Photo Plan and actually go through their day a half hour at a time, they're astonished at the lack of time and at the unreality of their current timeline. A Photo Plan is an integral part of the Wedding Planning process and should be done.

     It would be very realistic to plan two Photo Plan meetings prior to the wedding plus numerous email and telephone connections. The first meeting might be spent reaching an understanding of the brides wishes and her understanding what's available to her and only reaching a rough idea of the final product. The second meeting might be spent firming up the plan and the timeline. We will always stay flexible to the brides wishes but we do like to have a good Photo Plan in place.
